Air Export/ Airline Booking: Timeframe booking must not validate for ETD

If ETD was not set in the shipment itself and the user wanted to send an Airline booking as a timeframe booking, the validation prompted the user for a missing ETD and the booking could not be send. This has been changed: if the user flags the airline booking as a timeframe booking, Scope will not validate for the ETD.

Criterion fields loose the list of possible values on saving the filter.                              

A bug was fixed where filters in shipment statistics lost their criterion if the criterion was selected from a drop down.
